Forever Young

The exclusive over 50's Dance and Fitness morning A fun and welcoming weekly drop in class where you can meet new people, improve your fitness and learn to dance with lots of laughs. Break included for a tea or coffee and a chatter. The classes consist of keep fit/aerobics/Zumba and strengthening exercises followed by a dance class in which you can learn a variety of dance styles whilst having great fun. All ages 50+ and abilities are welcome.
